We are a FIRAS registered contractor, accredited by UKAS to EN45011. Our FIRAS registration now includes installation and certification of fire door sets. In order to gain certification, H.A. Marks underwent audits in three key areas of our business
- Audit and Assessment of our management systems
- Audit and Assessment of workmanship on site for all trade disciplines
- A competence assessment of supervisory and installation employees
Together with our skilled management force, ongoing annual audits and random inspections of our installation works by FIRAS inspectors, we ensure compliance with the strict requirements of this scheme. We are pleased to offer this service to our clients, in addition to the range of Fire Stopping services, we undertake techniques that will minimise the effect a fire has on the fabric of a building by sealing vertically through floors and risers as well as horizontally through walls.
