H A Marks project shortlisted for a New London Architecture Award

Another project involving H A Marks has been shortlisted for an award, this time a New London Architecture Award.

Arc House Lowlands Station Approach, Lowlands Road, Harrow, HA1 involved transforming a neglected parkland into a new cultural destination, featuring a new performance building with an outdoor stage and amphitheatre alongside play spaces, an orchard, new groves of trees and a terrace.

Architects Adams & Sutherland took the lead in the project with H A Marks as Contractor.

HA Marks awarded a place on the London Underground SWIP framework

We are pleased to have been awarded a place on the London Underground SWIP framework for civils projects. Initially running for five years, There is a possibility of this extending to 8 years if works are delivered successfully.
