Finchley Road Station
26th November 2009

We are very pleased to be appointed Principal Contractor on a Refurbishment Project to refurbish the external fabric of the upper residential block of the station for Transport for London.

New Cryro Service Depot - Exeter, Devon

H.A Marks have been appointed Principal Contractor for Cryro Services New Distribution Depot in Devon.
This is our another project for Cryro Service and represents our continued focus on Repeat Business for valued clients.

Solar Heating Panels
8th April 2009

We have recently secured a contract to install Solar Panels to provide effective pre-heating of hot water to to number of buildings in Central London.
Design preparation is well underway with installation set to commence to the occupied buildings in late April.

Mace Project Management

Works are currently underway at 2 Mace projects, consisting of Render & Facade Works at sites in Victoria & Oxford Street.

Royal Terrace & Chambers Project - St. Peters Port, Guernsey

Works have recently commenced on a 1600m2 STO, Classic M, External Insulated Render Facade in Guernsey.

Works have recently commenced on a private Extension and Refurbishment project in Clapham.
H.A Marks have a successful long term relationship with the clients architect and are please to demonstrate this as an example of securing repeat business.
