H.A Marks are honoured to announce the commencement of works at the above centre in Wandsworth.
The Project for our long Standing client consists of a complete refurbishment of the 2 large conjoined Victorian properties.
A very high standard of joinery and finish will be a central feature of the project.
The works are being carried out by our direct on-site trades and labourforce.
Metsec - New Steel Framed School Extension - Norbury

H.A Marks Facades & Cladding Division are currently constructing a new extension at Norbury Primary School.
The school extension for Croydon Council is a steel framed Metsec System Extension with Timber Cladding, Trespa, Thermawood and an Insulated Sto Render System.
Boiler Replacements - Central London Office Buildings

H.A Marks M& E are pleased to announce the recent commencement of the replacement of commercial boilers to 2 large office buildings in Victoria.
The works value are circa £260k and are being carefully phased to cause minimum disruption to our clients occupants.
Associated works includes the upgrading and integration of new Building Management Systems and the installations of new extract flues.

We are pleased to announce the successful commencement of works at this state of the art Eco Project.
The project, a former water board Pumping Station, integrates State of the Art Green Energy Technologies including;
Ground Source Heat Pumps.
Insulated Render Systems (By our In-House Facades Division)
Solar Heat Panels at Roof Level.
The project will be the subject of an upcoming Television documentry.

Finchley Road Station

We are very pleased to be appointed Principal Contractor on a Refurbishment Project to refurbish the external fabric of the upper residential block of the station for LUL.

Solar Heating Panels

We have recently secured a contract to install Solar Panels to provide effective pre-heating of hot water to to number of buildings in Central London.
Design preparation is well underway with installation set to commence to the occupied buildings in late April.
