Solution
As a privately owned family business we have continued to enjoy
controlled expansion into new markets as the needs of the construction
industry have developed in the UK.
Principal Contractor
The core of our business is the role of principal contractor working
for both private residential and commercial clients. We serve
private residential clients, working with architects, who require new
build, refurbishment, basement and loft conversions and fit
out. We are able to demonstrate successful residential
projects ranging from £25,000 to £1.5m.
We also serve commercial clients who we are able to offer a one-stop solution in that we manage and build the project from start through to completion. We value our staff and we are delighted with the wealth of experience on hand within the various sectors of the construction market. We have and will continue to travel for our valued clients.

Specialist Cladding & Insulated Render
We have evolved to become a specialist cladding and insulated rendering contractor approved by
the market leaders of external insulated render, rainscreen and
cladding systems. We are associated with and have been
approved by a range of manufacturers including Alsecco, Hadley, Metsec,
Novabrick, Powerwall, STO, Webber and Wetherby. We continue
to build this side of our business and constantly review opportunities
to add to our portfolio of products in order to provide a quality
service to our clients. A range of recent projects are

Green
Technology
We are building a reputation for understanding and delivering projects
utilising “Green Technology”. Green
Technology is the integration of the latest efficiency systems within
the buildings fabric in order to reduce the buildings carbon footprint
and in some cases carbon neutrality. These high efficiency
systems would include;
- Ground Source Heat Pumps.
- Underfloor Heating and Smart Control Systems.
- Solar Panels / Photovoltaic cells.
- High Efficiency, ‘Eco Friendly’
Insulated Render & Cladding Systems.
We are keeping a close eye on government initiatives and looking at advancements into renewable resources and the need to protect and sustain the environment. We have established a successful team through training and partnerships which we will support and develop and we see growing over time. Project Management
We have established a project management team following the demands of
our client base. Our project management service provides the
client with a resource, who is able to provide a bespoke service to
manage a project, whether we are the Principal contractor or
not. The project manager becomes the clients “eyes
and ears” throughout the process, coordinating all aspects of
the process. The Project Manager provides specific focus on
quality, budget and programme ensuring that the client is provided with
the quality desired, within the budget approved and in the timescale
