Facades & Cladding

The project consisted of installing Metsec, Light weight metal framing with a STO Insulated Render system. We also installed Kinsgpan Rainscreen Claddings and an Aluminium Cladding system to the canopies.

External Wall Insulated Render & Western Red Cedar Timber Rain Screen SystemOur contract involved the supply and installantion of 3000 M/Sq external wall insulated render and 1000M/Sq Western Red Cedar Timber rain screen system and associated flashings for Mansell Construction.

Substrates were a mixture of lightsteel from, RC concrete & solid blockwall. The overall scheme was the provision of 168 cluster flats/studios, ancillary accommodation and primary school to the lower floors to accommodate 240 pupils and 30 staff.
